You will notice to your left several menu items, namely:
Main Menu - The front end of the site - where you can view the information on insignia, agencies, links, etc.,
Translator - Google translator - help to translate this site from English to your language
Login - This is where you can login to the registered section - depending upon your level of access granted you can actively contribute to the further development of this site.
Levels of access are:
Registered - able to view documents restricted to registered members.
Author - able to author documents and submit them for publication.
Editor - able to edit their own document and published documents.
Publisher - able to edit all documents and publish pending documents.
User Menu - This is where you can actively contribute to this site with articles, images, information about yourself and Customs links of interest, depending upon your level of access granted (by me).
I will be creating several "How to" guides relating to this site and how you can contribute.
