Old Style Hungarian Customs patch
Robert Borcsok Collection
Hungarian Customs Insignia (1988 - 1992) Thanks to Dieter Wurche from Germany for confirming that this is a Hungarian Customs patch. Apparently the word "Vam" translates to the equivalent of Customs in Hungarian. The proper name for Customs on Hungary in the Hungarian Customs and Finance Guard (Thanks to Scott Boa for this additional information)
