Care of a New Zealand collector, "Those are from a security company that used to
operate in NZ many years ago; they were more 'toll gate collectors'". The badge
and tie pin with the words "constant vigilance" are actually from a security company in NZ.
 The company name was Securtas and then ADT-Securitas until Chubb bought them out around the late 1990's.
